Frequently asked questions

What operating systems do you support?

Work Order Checker is a Windows desktop app distributed through the Microsoft Store and supports Windows 10 and
Windows 11. Future tools will also target Windows first, with browser‑based utilities where it makes sense.

Do I need SolidWorks installed?

No. Work Order Checker works with standard spreadsheet exports (Excel, CSV, TSV, text) from your ERP, MRP, or
customer. It does not require any specific CAD system.

How is licensing handled?

Work Order Checker is currently free to download and use. Future tools may be free or paid, but all desktop apps
will be delivered through the Microsoft Store so licensing and updates stay simple.

How do I get support or request features?

You can use the feedback option on the Microsoft Store listing or reach out through the
contact form. Feature requests from working engineers are especially welcome.
